For Kolektiva Roasters, a specialty coffee brand rooted in tradition yet embracing a modern edge, we created an immersive café experience centered on quality and craft. With the coffee-making process as the focal point, each shop layout invites customers into direct connection with the barista, where the display of five coffee grinders sets the stage for showcasing the unique flavors on offer.

The space’s gallery-like atmosphere features concrete floors, exposed pillars, and white light fixtures, balanced by warm wood furniture and inviting hues. Semi-transparent polycarbonate dividers separate the kitchen, allowing light and movement to subtly permeate, emphasizing that the artistry of coffee lies not just in the process, but in the skilled people behind it.

This concept shapes Kolektiva Roasters as a premier destination for specialty coffee in Greece.
